Is Ichigo supposed to hear every little thing in the world? Did Orihime even say anything to Ichigo? Was he not just talking with Ginjou and the other shinigami? Are he and the rest of his shinigami friends not ready to fight? Going by that, why didn’t any of the shinigami notice the human characters below them either? Oh, that’s right, because they’re all looking at Ginjou.

Not to mention Orihime’s reaction wasn’t meant for Ichigo. It was meant for the readers, just like Orihime’s confession was. We got to see that despite all of Tsukishima’s tampering with her memories Orihime’s love for Ichigo still broke through and made her question his control. That’s amazing. We were meant to see how far Tsukishima’s abilities go and affect the people he uses them on. We saw that he doesn’t only insert himself into people’s memories. He actually changes them far more than we thought.

Sorry, hun, if Orihime can see and Feel Ichigo’s pain from beneath the building Ichigo should have been able to; why the other Shinigami aren’t looking I don’t give a shit; because its claimed Ichigo “loves” Orihime — so comparing his reaction to the reactions of those whom also do not love her is…speaking mass volumes.

No, it (that scene) was shown simply to give us the caliber of Tsukishima’s ability, nothing more; do not interpret things not said or officially stated.

Orihime didn’t feel Ichigo’s pain. She saw him crying, and that’s it. We don’t know how she saw him crying, but didn’t see everything else (chalking it up to Tsukishima). She simply saw Ichigo crying and ran to him while wondering why Ichigo was crying, and why things turned out the way they did when, to her, Tsukishima and Ichigo are friends. That scene DID show how deeply Tsukishima’s ability affects people, but it was also an indicator of Orihime’s feelings or Ichigo. It’s not stated, but it’s shown clearly. If you want to ignore it it’ll only hurt you more in the long run, sweetheart.

Why didn’t Ichigo see her? Did you read the first part of the chapter, by chance, at all? Did you miss Ichigo’s interaction with Ginjou/Hitsugaya? He was looking at them. Ichigo’s supposed to feel Orihime’s pain? What? When is Ichigo supposed to feel anyone’s pain? And my point was that if Ichigo hadn’t seen any of the human characters or the interactions down below, the other shinigami didn’t either. If Ichigo HAD noticed the other shinigami should have too. None of them did. Again, that scene wasn’t about Ichigo, and it wasn’t about the shinigami. It was about Tsukishima, his abilities, and how deeply it runs in the individuals he inserts himself into. Why Ichigo didn’t notice we don’t know. But saying that Ichigo should have “felt” Orihime’s pain is ridiculous. He’s not in tune enough with any of his friends to do such a thing. Orihime didn’t “feel” Ichigo’s pain either. That was the pain she felt herself when she saw Ichigo crying.

Lastly, no one here has claimed that Ichigo loves Orihime. Where you’re getting that is beyond me.

Orihime “seeing” Ichigo cry/feel pain makes no sense, since he was on the roof and she on the ground; How could she possibly “see” him? To deny this clear fact would only serve to dilute your “point” and the chapter’s meaning.

No, nothing about a FICTIONAL pairing can hurt me, so I will remain unharmed in the long run. Honestly if She could see anything on the roof, she would have seen Ishida get slashed as well as Ichigo by Tsuki, as well as the Shingami arrival — which she didn’t realize or notice until 462.

Do you honestly expect me to believe Orihime saw on the roof as Ichigo cried and cared for nothing more then his tears, as apposed to someone bleeding to death right next to him? What heartless character have you been imagining?

Yes, if Ichigo is in love/has any sort of affection for Orihime he would have as she did — felt and heard her cries, since they look pretty desperate in the panels, his reaction is comparable to a bunch of strangers who are  as well not looking at her. No, for her to know Ichigo cried [again Orihime>Ground/Ichigo>roof] she had to have felt it/since she PHYSICALLY could not have SEEN it.

OF course the Shingami didn’t see it they don’t allegedly love her; so its expected for them to not see or care, but for Ichigo to do the same is; telling. Ichigo has been shown in the chapter as the Shinigami are to be; less than interested in her tears/ sorry hun.

To claim the chapter is about the Shinigami and Tsuki when it suits you on the behalf of Ichigo not caring of Orihime’s tears when it fits you is just then flip flop after…wow. unbelievable.

And then I saw this masterpiece of fail and couldn’t help but not only giggle, but respond in due saying how terrible it is. I’m wondering what manga you’re reading. Orihime and Chad, in previous chapters, were in the air alongside Ichigo. They jumped in front of Tsukishima to defend him, and after that, they weren’t seen again until this chapter. Orihime’s ONLY memory of Ichigo during that tie is of him crying. Why? That doesn’t make sense. However, we don’t have an explanation for that. We don’t have an explanation for a lot of thins that have happened so far, honestly, but it’s telling that you’re willing to put all the blame on Orihime. I, however, am chalking it up to Tsukishima. As shown in chapter 462 he can add information into their brains, and it’s certai he can also remove things. They were on the same level as Ichigo in previous chapters, but now they’re on the ground. There is no in manga explanation for that. You can only infer.

Ichigo did NOT see his friends at all since they jumped in to defend Tsukishima. He didn’t follow their movements becaus ehe was busy being attacked by Ginjou, getting his fullbring powers taken away, crying hysterically, getting his shinigami powers back from Rukia, and listening to Hitsugaya’s explanation on Ginjou and what SS has done. During that time can you tell me how he was supposed to keep track of his friends every movements when he didn’t even give Ishida’s bleeding corpse a second look? Everyone ignored the human characters except Tsukishima, who, oddly enough, was with Chad and Orihime the entire time so it’s fitting that he could have changed what they saw, but he wanted them to see Ichigo crying. I’m sure he got satisfaction from that (seeing as he has broken people before).

So please explain to me how Ichigo is supposed to follow his friends every movement. Please. Oh, wait, you can’t. No one gave a damn for the human characters. Ichigo was too busy despairing over those said characters, and getting his powers back and preparing to fight Ginjou over those said characters. Ichigo’s going to fight for them. It’s what he does. He’s not going to pause and wonder where Orihime and Chad went. He’s not going to pause to attend to Ishida’s corpse (though people like, say, Rukia should have. She has demon arts and could heal him, but no, because no one is paying attention to him).

It’s not Ichigo’s responsibility to keep track of his friend’s every movement when there is far too much going on with him right now. He’s busy, and if that isn’t obvious enough I feel pity for you.

Orihime, however, got to the ground and ran towards Ichigo because she didn’t want to see him crying anymore. Her feelings for him made her question Tsukishima because even though her mind is filled with him, her heart still knows and remembers Ichigo. There is no explanation for how they got onto the ground. Chalk it up to Tsukishima. Orihime saw Ichigo not crying, and was relieved. Ichigo’s not ignoring his friends. He’s getting ready to fight for them. There is no need for him to see Orihime crying, there is no need for him to watch Tsukishima attempt to break them, and there’s no need for him to see his dad and Urahara knock them out and take them out of the fighting.

LOL If it makes you feel better to think that Ichigo doesn’t care about Orihime’s tears that’s fine. LMAO It’s quite hilarious, though. Ichigo’s not ignoring anyone, and neither are the shinigami. As I’ve mentioned before, they’re busy.

Oh, that reminds me of a time Ichigo ignored Rukia. You know, when Grimmjow impaled her with his hand and Ichigo simply went off to fight Grimmjow leaving Rukia’s bleeding corpse kissing the ground. LOL And even more so Rangiku had to come and carry the poor girl away because Ichigo didn’t give a damn. Yeah, Ichigo was definitely ignoring Rukia there even though he supposedly “loves” her.

It’s nice to attempt to be flippant about this when it’s apparent it affects you quite a bit. If you didn’t care you not only wouldn’t have made this gif, but you wouldn’t have tagged it the way you did. It’s painfully obvious you care. <3 <3

Ichigo’s not ignoring any of his friends. The shinigami aren’t ignoring anyone either. The chapter didn’t need their reactions to Orihime crying. However, again, if it makes your shipper heart feel better to believe Ichigo’s ignoring Orihime that’s fine. However, just to be frank, if Ichigo did look down at Orihime crying (though she didn’t say a word so there’s no indication that he should have looked down when she didn’t utter a sound) it would have shredded your little IchiRuki heart.
